Can I send my bill to another Pobox customer?

You can send your bill to another Pobox customer. If the other Pobox customer approves the request on their end, both of your bills will be consolidated into one bill.

If you would like another Pobox customer to pay for your account, you can send them your bill by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Pobox account and go to your Account Administrators page.
  2. Click Change Billing Contact.
  3. Enter the email address of the Pobox account that will be the new billing contact, then click Update Billing Contact. They will be sent an email asking them to confirm the request to pay for your account.

Once they approve the request, your account's bill will be combined with their account's bill.
